Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
Unfortunately, no adequate POV of the shooting was posted. While it is clear the people in the video are apologizing for something we have no evidence of a rule break. Not only do we have no evidence of a rule break, but, we also do not have evidence of who did the rule break. As much as we would like to help we do not punish people on words alone--nor does any other admin--so we will not be making any exceptions in this case. If adequate POV is posted and another report is made with this correct POV then we may reconsider.
