Hello! Please check my evidence provided in the following links and also in the evidence link you guys requested. I want Mazhor Pluxury or someone above him to review this complaint because Lebron is being unfair towards me. I have made 3 forums which are the following :
The last forum I made where i was told i am not allowed to make any more forums : Rejected - Racism | Shan Albertus
The second forum i made where i asked for the curator of the project to look at my forum and tell me the answer: Rejected - Racism | Shan Albertus where Lebron said I am not allowed to make it and read for what I am allowed to post for. I have read what is shown on the forum and also posted it on the proof link you guys ask for and it says " You can appeal long-term bans" My ban was given for 30 days where racism or insults are prohibited as gen 3.1 rule states. It can be a ban for 180 to 7 days. I don't consider what I did was wrong and I stand by my ground. All the told me that the proof was reviewed and I am racist.
This is the first forum : Rejected - Racism | Shan Albertus where i asked for help because i was confused and didn't know what i did wrong and i was trying to get information to know what i said was racist or if it was just a mistake and all i got was a basic answer of " checked evidence you are racist" which isn't fair.
I haven't had any forum regarding me being racist nor did i have any bans in the past saying i was racist and i can see people get unbanned for doing things much worse than what i "did". Such as sharing accounts, cheating, scamming and so on.
Coming back to this i had a look in all the forums and i found a forum related to racism that lead to a person to receive a punishment for OOC insults which was marked as racism as you can see here which was re opened and checked again by Pablo Schimmid in which he said the following " No one here cursed the country or did any kind of insult" in which he rejected the punishment given to a player and made things fair and here is the link for the forum :
Rejected - OOC Insult And Racism | 49253 . This is where a person said " Your team is made up of Indians " which was OOC and the person got punished but then the punishment was removed. And why do i bring this into discussion? Because i fall under the same category if the reason i got banned is because i said " Indian family" in the occ chat and here is the proof of me saying that because lebron refuses to tell me what exaclty i said and i am trying to find out what is going on : . Yes, i understand i said "Indian family" But i didn't insult the country nor did i insult Indian people. Matter of fact i have a lot of Indian friends from this server that i hang out with. If you would like me to provide you the whole situation Manzor i am more than happy to show it in dms as i was having personal conversations in the background with my girlfriend. Now looking at this i consider my ban being so long is wrong and uncalled for as you can see in the other forum the person actually got their punishment removed and been told nothing was done wrong. I said " Are you on drugs " to the person that killed me and i saw the family name before and i spoke with members that were Indian and i said " Indian family" followed by " Why are you shooting". I don't see anything racist in this.
Given this information, i would like to have a fair chance to appeal my ban because i consider i was not given a fair chance to do so because of Lebron not checking things. Also, I found it quite bad that i was told i was not allowed to appeal my ban and to check something that doesn't really exist in the first place. I have an unofficial family with active members in the server, i am part of the Life Invader team and i was working with my team to create advertisement and entertainment for the server to bring more people in this community so we can all have fun and enjoy the new cars and updates on the server but i am stripped of that because i can't appeal a ban that i consider is wrong. 30 days is too much considering there was nothing racist. I saw the admins profile and i understand he might've took it as an offence and i would like to apologize to the admin but i was never given the chance to do so. He was not there for the whole situation and i think that is a thing that happens to people here, sometimes admins show up too late to the situation or us players are too late to report something thinking we can make the situation right and then it goes wrong and things like this happen. So i would like to discuss my ban further if needed on discord or at least provide me with more information about this. I don't want to lose my unofficial family, i don't want to quit the community because i am having fun here and i enjoy the people i play with. So in conclusion i do apologise for me saying that, i understand it might've not been the best way to express myself but at the same time it's not a racist thing what i said there ( I can show the pov) and also i don't think the time lenght of the punishment matches the accusation.
