Blacklisting someone, giving bonuses, and firing employees, is fully the permission of the leader! I have proper proof and reason why I did so! That was not the only case! Calling me a scammer is a harrassment!

You know, its a game, I have my own life, running an Organization, implementing a lot of new improvements, holding global events, holding internal events, and keeping up the whole Li is not an easy thing, we got a different time zone, so its basicly around 3-4 am when he is online, I dont like to answer to anything in this time, I used to sleep, and if I wake up and I just see he pinged me 4 times, its not going to help, I offered him, I can send it to his bank, he refused. I cant do anything in this case.
