Admin rejected saying i was mute, but i wasnt talking at all! Sometime when i show my passport its open but i dont talk in game since im female and its brings me problem i rarley talk, its unfair, they cursed and killed and you gonna let them go with it! All our family member have been killed inside our family house they are the one who came to us not we! They are the one who started it, not first time too, TAKE ACTION! I PROVIDED TWO PROOF, and third of my fellow in the other thread!

All in POV, we was at our family house and suddenly sow a group of people started to shoot us and harassing us, bullying us, insulting us inside our family house, with keep saying racist words, they also kept saying North Africa on top!

Just shooting immediately, I contacted with admin immediately, he told me to report, and he Please take action against them a strong punishment, our stuff fell down and they took it. And kept saying bad words. Please take Action as its not the first time to be happen

where the racism you're talking about about?
and are you wating from a guy that has a gun to tell good words like "hi I am going to kill you", he didn't insult anyone in any sort of way and he gave you demands before he started shooting, and the POV you posted does not show anything against the rules.
