Power was cut at prison, some prisoner ran out i stopped him. Then i took the prisoner to Isolation which he was then uncuffed by ID 38470. Prisoner then ran who was then cuffed again outside DOC by an FIB agent ID 45321. After that ID 38470 then uncuffed the prisioner and the prisoner managed to escape. ID 38470 was then cuffed and processed. But he then changed his name to become a new person to be able to join another organisation.
