Rejected Ban for 3 days. Reason using emote

Hello I have starting playing this game since about a week I don't know all the rules yet. So I have been banned for 3 days today apparently last thing I know I have been using emote and I got banned for 3 days. I didn't know if it is illegal for using an emote that is already in the game. I didn't get any warning before I get this ban. I have been trying to contact the admin who banned me but he is being replying with a rude tone and told me that I violated rule 6.9 so I went to read the rule since I am a newbie who just started to play the game I don't know all the rules yet and I saw that they accusing me of sexual harassment which was purely not my intention. In my point of view I was just using this emote and run around to make people laugh since it is a game option. However in case of what I did was wrong I deeply apologize for what happened.

Also I have many event keys that I need to open which I am afraid will be lost if the christmas event end before my 3 days of ban. I don't want to lose them and if we can come to an arrangement will be great.
