ID 713 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.15
ID 3169 will receive a punishment for CR
(This isn't considered MK for the other ID reported)
If you are going to be shooting in this area without RP, you must make sure everyone involved is inside the Red Zone
(An exception is when you are pursuing someone in Red Zone and they retreat to city, however this is not the case as he was never being pursued in the Red Zone by you all.)
