dear chif admins i got banned for breaking rule gr6.17 the rule is It is forbidden to use OBS and any similar softwares for recordings. All overlays must be recorded

but in Complaint he say i break rule Genral rule 6.17

ID 51890 will receive a punishment for GR 6.17
(POV must record voice and it not be cropped/edited.) But this not what gr 6.17 says
