ID 43285 - Fail RP (Meditating on a car in hostage situation) at 10:40

Fail RP and Mass RDM by Ballas - Left the hostage and just started shooting at the LEOs. Broke RP, didn't negotiated and just started shooting at LEOs.

ID 19687 will receive a punishment for Fear RP (not saying radio demand clearly and no fear for life attitude, raising voice)
