1. I want to apply for the Leader(Chief) of Emergency Medical Service,Well know as the heart of the city....
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Being a citizen of Los santos,no matter what you do in the city for living you will have visited the hospital for one or the other requirement, And I'm sure you came out of it satisfied and with full filling your requirement.All these is possible because of the employees working for EMS. The organisation which works tirelessly 24/7 to give their citizen a healthy life. Which I think is the most accurate scenario from IRL.
I want to be the leader of this organisation because:
1)As i started working in the city i always get to know that EMS is a high paying job but a boring job. There were always rumours like this in the city but definately not at all true. Saving life can never be boring. It took me a while to join here but as i joined i understood all the work structure and always made sure i provide the best to every citizen out there. So i will be looking forward to make EMS the best QUALITATIVE organization rather than quantitative so that we can get the image of EMS as best organization in city not only for money aspect.
2) I understand the hospitals should be running 24/7 and it needs people from different time zone and i will be making sure we have employees as well has HC from all over the world to match the time zone requirements and obviously they all are getting comfortable with everyone in a healthy workspace. We as an legal organization where time is precision because we have to save every life won't make any delay which can cost someone their life.
3) I will make sure EMS not only stay limited to hospitals, But show up at different/all required events and we also have our employees to save lives from paleto bay to airport ,and from chumash to mirror park.As well as I will make sure we create a perfect workspace for our other departments of legal organization and coordinate with them in every way possible.
Goals if I become the leader:
My first goal will be to set out weekly meeting with employees and HC to ensure everyone having a great experience here and no one is missed out with any opportunities or any bonuses or anything.
My second goal will be to make sure there is a rp scene before healing every single patient, then it do not matter if it's inside hospital or in any corner of city. I will make sure employees do communicate with the patients understand their issue and solve it.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My first advice will be to ensuring there are no crimes against any ON DUTY ems employees as that is a very severe crime and we do not have time for that to tolerate and let a patient suffer. I will try to get more strict actions/punishments taken against the offenders.
My second advice will be providing employees of EMS with new upto date vehicles and uniforms so the biggest confusion that citizens of Los santos do with EMS vehicle to be an police org vehicle will be cleared and help them from being away from crime against them.
My third advice would be the employees should have a very friendly work environment here even with there HC and they can reach out to help because in a field to save lives,experience matters a lot and I'm sure the HC have a lot of experience in it and can help the new ones gain more information.
My fourth and final advice will be Calculation of bonus/payments for every employee to be fair non biased and accurate so that it will always keep the employees motivated.
