Im not sure but i post this pov's :
▪︎i raid a bunker i go inside and i find the owner and +2 her fiends to help thim in the fight , i kill thim (all) at 15:09 and he come again at 15:15 [i think if u kill someone u dont comeback in the situation only after 15min "im not sure"] , again at 15:21 'after 12min' the owner come to fight me

Please submit full POV of bunker traid starting from when you click start raid until you finish the bunker owner and receive money.
Unable to determine from your POV any NLR since POV is not full, and players may be been patched, therefore negating NLR being broken.
