I will write this text trying to be the most explicit i can, but english is not my mother language and i didnt want to use translator. First of all let me explain that i was trying to put the prefix for curator of the project but that option doesnt seems to be available now.
For my surprise, yesterday i got banned for the General rule 1.9, about evading taxes. So i opened a thread explaining the only thing i did was borrow 2 millions to a friend buy a battlepass (who got banned too for the same rule). Later i understood that the ban was because a friend of us (me and the other played banned) left the server and gave my friend a house and money to me. There was no tax evade at all and the admin wanted to wipe my account, but the only thing i did was borrow 2m. We didnt break the 5m rule and the person who gave the house (that house was NOT gifted to me) didnt receive any kind of money. Only gave things, therefore there is no tax evade and even if it was, it had nothing to do with me because the 2m i borrow was to the person who received the house (and i even borrow the money before he knew he would get a house), not the one who sold. Being involved in this situation makes no sense for me and thats why i didnt accept the money wipe that Bobby Pluxury offered.
I would appreciate that you could check this situation, because i didnt do nothing, im not deceiving no one, i didnt evade no tax. I did nothing wrong in this situation. I think there is a missunderstood that i helped someone to tax evade, but there was no tax evade at all in none of this cases, and even if it was, i did nothing to help that and i had to relation to that situation. The only thing i did was borrow 2mil for battlepass what i think you can check in logs of that player.
