Government organized this event why they were watching the participants getting killed and do nothing, also why the admin agreed on killing the participants and they did nothing worth using lethal force, they could taz not kill

And in the civilian code it say that the lethal force can also only be used when the officers life is in danger or a suspect is running away after been given a warning to stop. So this should also considered as corruption without a bio by that guy
