Hello dear Adham, Bobby, and Floki, I hope you are well.
Yesterday, I applied for an admin position on EN03, however, I got rejected for a reason "Not currently looking for admins with your specifications". My application thread is /threads/600686/
It's really weird for me to see this kind of a reason for rejection since every announcement over the past few days says that the supports team is actively seeking admins of any timezone. Furthermore, I don't think the reason for my rejection would be that I took a break from EN03 and only came back several days ago since another applicant got accepted after being back from their break for just a couple of hours - /threads/598961/
I don't think my application is low effort either, as applications with fewer details in them got accepted too, please see /threads/598961/
Lastly, I don't think the reason for my rejection should be my experience, as applicants with a lower in-game level have been accepted into the team, for example, here - /threads/588192/
If there is any other reason for my rejection, I would just like to know it so I could improve in those aspects and try applying again after reaching those requirements, or, in the case if there is not a sufficient reason for the rejection of my application, I would like it to get reviewed again and get a chance at interviews.
I personally think I served well as a player and leader on this server, and I would like to get a fair chance to have an interview for an admin position.
Just to clarify, I am not saying that I am any better than other applicants, like I said I would just like to make sure my application has been reviewed fairly and there is a reason for me not getting a chance at interviews.
