Daisy gave me 140 million in Grand RP through the family bonus system, saying it was to avoid taxes. This was a payment for a personal business.
This action potentially breaches both Rule 1.7 and Rule 1.9 of the game's regulations. Rule 1.7 prohibits property transfers exceeding $5,000,000 as gifts, while Rule 1.9 addresses actions intended to avoid paying the 10% tax obligations as it states in the rules you should do!

The money comes out of the family balance and there is an exception for that in GR1.7. However, it is given to you as a bonus, this means that you can do with the money what you want, it is a bonus afterall. If it would be to buy a business for the family it can be done by withdrawing the money directly. Bonusses are for personal use.
