first of all i got warn for fail rp ... i went to the situation to negotiate about the hostage life he is a civilian as the rule said when a leo off duty he counts as a civilian but he asking for 400k UB demands .. so i offred him 100k then he called a admin . the admin review and explained to him that he cant ask more 100k so i tryed to negotiate i offred him 90k he can easly to refuse the offer and ask full 100k instead he went for a meeting and he came back deseiding to kill the hostage and leos wich is fail rp for not negotiaiting .. negotiater job is trying to give the best price for the hostage life i want to pay as small as possible with ic reeason .. its treu that i was mixing but fail rp i have no doubt that i didnt do that.
