Dear staff and admins of the server. Today I received a 7 day ban for something that was way out of my control. I understand that in the clip of the forum proof of the officer, my game crashed. I am a 20-year-old who works a 9/5 job and comes back just to play grand rp, and been loving it. Atm my income is very low, and I cannot afford a better computer. Im not here to say to remove my punishment, but just if you can think to at least reduce it. For last 2 months I been giving out all my out to this server and having a 1-week ban is so wrong. Thank you.
