Rejected Blocked because cheating but im not

I was not using any cheat thats probably that player's connection problem or i dont know what is this if u watch the video carefully he shot me multiple times i didnt die and than suddenly im dead. He wasnt shooting me and i died. I'm not using cheat he is not a bad player but i want to reject this judgement because im not using cheat. Please review the complaint again.

please show pov from your side as you can clearly see he killed the other player perfectly fine after shooting you 2 time with rev and then was trying to shoot you after also and you didnt die

He wasnt cheating i dont have any pov of it but obviously we couldnt saw him cause when we park our cars he was already there and none of us shot him cause we didnt saw him. The location is so close to beach market and everyone knows there is a lot of problems there about render. The person who died there first is me probably there was a problem about server.
