My in-game username is Shadow Fayyes, ID 67520, and I recently received a ban for allegedly utilizing a Gym bot (GR 4.1). I assure you that I have not engaged in any form of cheating or unfair play.
Here is a detailed account of the events leading up to my ban:
While engaging in regular gameplay activities, I was at the gym, where I noticed an administrator present nearby. Curious if there was any issue or concern, I politely inquired about it. However, the administrator did not respond or provide any indication of a problem. Assuming everything was in order, I continued with my gym activities as usual.
To my surprise, the following morning, I discovered that my account had been banned for 60 days, citing the use of a Gym bot (GR 4.1). I want to emphasize that I have never utilized any form of automation or third-party tools within the game. I have always adhered to the rules and regulations set forth by the server.
I respectfully request a thorough investigation into this matter. I am confident that upon review, it will become evident that I am innocent of the accusation leveled against me. Furthermore, I am willing to cooperate fully with any measures deemed necessary to clear my name, including providing access to my PC for inspection.
