Dear Admin,
I would like to let you know that I am changing my Pc Because when i was playing yesterday suddenly i face the high voltage in my house because of that the motherboard of my old pc got burned that's why I got new pc
but there is 1 more problem with me that I forgot the details of steam account
so i m going to shift on new steam account
I don't want to get General 1.1 Rule Permanent Banned that's why I'm seeking permission first. Please Allow me to do
