Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 49672 will receive a punishment for disrespecting EMS.
Disrespecting EMS while they are on duty is forbidden in the server.
As for robbing without being in a gang/unofficial org the POV does not show them robbing so I cannot punish for that.
