Bloods member keeps coming to HQ and killing us and VDMing us over and over and over again.

He just got a warning in gas station near families HQ for gh1.3 that was not related to our situation.

I want to see him punished for our GH1.4 and VDM as he is been killing us in HQ for a long while and just keeps coming back.

However,
ID 66667 will receive a punishment for GR 6.17
