As you can see in my pov, they were trying to make me comply with there demands and also dropped a PDA trying to get another member to pull up so they can rob me.

They are allowed to give you demands (while u are in gun point = as u should fear for ur life and comply the demands). They didnt rob u, so there is no rule break of GR 6.16.
