I spoke to admin vinay reddie and there's normally a fence where they enter. The Barcode family breaks the fence with the car before the area starts and they go inside. The normal state of the fences is available in the photo link with proof when there is admin, at the same time vinay reddie stated that they are not allowed to break the fence and enter.
