Rejected False Warning and first offense

- I was walking to a parking spot in the (RED ZONE) meaning pvp is welcome and a whole gang killed me then revived me and asked me to put my hands up im pretty new so i asked them how do i do that, and instead they started yelling insults and talking over me and killed me again and mia parker decided to put me in jail for over an hour and give me warning points. She was also there to watch the whole altercation so im not quite sure what happened and why she decided that was fair.

I was hoping to get this warning point removed from my account because i cant join gangs or the police force for 7 days over what i believe to be a false ban and shouldve been a talking to and giving me an explanation since im new.
