Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to accept this report,
ID 95559 and 79291 will receive a punishment for UB and PG

It is forbidden to use game mechanics to advantage + in real life no one is cuffed, heal and dragged UNDERWATER, they are rescued on a boat​

Officers are allowed to revive, cuff, and drag people out of the water and was discussed with higher admins and NEXT TIME you try to jump in the water to drown yourself and avoid RP you will be PUNISHED
