Rejected First shooting without reason and then killing

Infront of parking 16 he was killing another player .I went for looking but he started to shoot me also i take cover behind the wall as you can see .then he went to his car. I want near him and called him "Idiot " because he was shooting me without reason. Then he again started shooting and killed me took my 5 med kits . please look into this matter .
