Rejected Gen rule 6.3 | 103685

In the first POV provided we were talking with 103685, we had been talking for 10 minutes explaining to him just be honest and we can sort something out, maybe it was in his cars or whatever, he literally acted dumb the whole time and came up with weird excuses. Mans just stole a lot from the armory and his friend aswell (108236) POV provided will show how much they both stole. They are blacklisted from the org aswell. For some reason he is trying to hide it aswell.
