Following release of a hostage at Bloods parking, 33566 and 49556 jumped off the roof. We were able to pick-up 49556, but 33566 left the game avoiding RP.

I got a game crash after that when I try to open my game it is showing game memory error
due to game crash my instant replay got closed

Respectfully Daku, quite convenient that your game crashed at the perfect moment.
Secondly, instant replay doesn't stop when the game crashes if you are recording your entire desktop and overlays. If your recording stopped, then you're also in violation of Gen 6.17.

I think it is worth mentioning the questionable roleplay and adherence to the rules by the "The Vampires" family, as 33566 was mercy killed by 51390 in a different situation shortly after this - Gen 6.13 (MK) | 0000
