Not a complaint against anyone just a unban appeal
I was banned for leader rule 1.1 and removed from my position as the chief of police aka leader of LSPD
As i will tell you the whole story in short summary ex-lspd texted me he got leadership in other server he needs help in making channels in the discord out of respect and generosity i went to help him and gave him role but under observation
And he again asked me to give roles to the other ex lspd because that guy was helping him out
So i gave him under consideration of them being the ex-Lspd
And after few hours one of them sosa fendi messed up the whole discord with bad words which is not allowed
I immediately texting every curator possible to tell them about the incident
( my fault of being a good nature guy and trusting people with good faith )
Everything was settled and fixed with few hours i went extra hours even when i had office at 9 am
Everything was going great and later in the evening i was told lspd will be disbanded
I understood and respected your decision
I was even making plan for my second term because in the end my 1st term went exceptionally well ending with zero verbal and zero warning and no complaints from the curator
Also adding on to this particular post that i’ve been in this server for more than a year now and with zero complaint against me ( you can check and confirm )
Applied 6 times for the lspd leader and got it on 6th time went with all dignity and respect towards the organization followed curators guidelines and provided whatever they asked for
I just want a unban because this is a escape from all day work in real life
And this particular this has stressed me out and i dont my 6-8 terms in lspd and 29 days and 22 hours of hard work and efforts to go in b

We are humans and we make mistakes. As we all know, his only fault was helping a person who had wrong intentions. It was also rectified within a span of few hours... If you are going to punish him for being a generous person... its a win for the guy who wants to rekt the server. I understand that there are rules but this can be amended in this situation

I just dont want my so much of hard work , memories , energy to go in vein
6-8 terms in lspd and 3 terms as high command 1 terms as deputy and 29 days 22 hours as a chief go in vein and waste
I dont want to reinstated but i dont wanna be a chief who is removed from power
It personally hurts my emotional as a person

I understand, not blaming anybody in particular I guess the email got messed up they got angry and blamed Eklavya for giving the user permissions but anybody in LSPD with those permissions could've done that. I think the ban it pretty unfair.

Somebody messes up and the leader gets taken out AND banned? Seems a bit much.

Tbh is that fair william 29 days 22 hours just mere 3 hours for the whole term to be finished

Glad to hear the two troublemakers got banned by Avi! However, even though Eklavya gave them permissions for the Discord, the fact the organisation got disbanded is already bad enough for him after putting in so much time and effort. Even though leader rule 1.1 was broken, he does not deserve a ban. In my eyes the rules are there to punish those who deserve it, not to always use them.

I litterally cant believe the admins decided to punish Eklavya.. Why is he being punished for being maybe mislead... Punish Sosa Fendi.. ridiculous.. PERM BAN that kid.. its immature for him to even put all those N words as our PD roles.. Im truly upset with Sosa Fendi as I used to know him and was a comrade in PD.. Very LOW class of you Sosa! You have no damn respect from me in my book.. not only did you just danger yourself in being allowed to be in this city, but others that were innocent people that were just merely deceived by your lies.

The entire time I've been in LSPD he was one of the coolest and good-hearted/ reasonable persons I've ever met and definitely the best leader out of all. He deserves a second chance without a doubt. Give the man a chance.
