2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I wanna be leader of LSPD for many reasons but I will keep it short and sweet for the lovely Admins watching
Reason 1: I want to clean up the ooc rule breaks, I’ve seen so many rule breaks from LSPD in my short time as a criminal and it’s not to say that it truly is anyones fault as it’s more of the training in which these officers are givens fault with the proper training modules and dedications from high command and the leader LSPD can be free of these rule breaks indefinitely.
Reason 2: I want to lead legal orgs back into the light of dominance of gangs and criminal activity, for so long now the Leo’s have been taken over by criminals unable to stop them in there mission to take over this city if I am made leader I will take the upmost pride in cleaning up this great city from the violence and criminal activity in which has taken a gripping choke hold over our innocent people
3: to bring a mindset of team work to the LSPD, in order for a ORG to be successful there MUST be a high level of team work from the highest of command to the lowest of ranks if there is no team works orgs fall from illegal to legal this is a known fact, I plan on implementing more camaraderie signing LSPD in hopes that the rest of Leo’s will follow in doing the same.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advice for improving roleplay would be very simple
1: clean up the rule breaks by taking a proactive approach and teaching the rules of the city as part of the training to become a patrol officer 1 and continuing this training for everyone within LSPD
2: do more ic events in which Leo’s and illegals and even citizens can attend weather it be parades or high speed chases
And even implementing foot patrols in which officers will pair up and patrol sectors of the city on foot after dropping off there vehicles in a safe location and locking the doors of said vehicles
3: and finally work with other legal orgs and command a extremely specialized task force that actively operates high stakes missions within the ghetto with the goal of never firing a bullet so we can bring more roleplay for all sides to the ghetto
