After moving to Los Santos Skully Ridout knew that his path wouldn’t be carved for him and that life in the city was not going to be an easy ride. Skully, originally from Canada, came from a broken home. His Mother, a single parent and Father, absent. Back home, Skully had become increasingly involved in the underworld, trafficking firearms and selling them to the highest bidder on the streets of Toronto. His move across the border was fuelled chiefly by the mounting pressure he was under from national law enforcement. After moving to Los Santos upon the recommendation of a friend, Skully intended to go straight, leave his ‘old life’ behind him and settle on the west coast. Any notion of going straight however would be quickly shattered. A leopard never changes its spots, and if you put a successful arms dealer in a city founded upon crime, they see only two things. Money and influence. Skully began networking, he forged documents allowing him to apply for a legal firearm permit and began scouting for clientele. He knew that so long as he played it well, reporting a few firearms missing or stolen occasionally wouldn’t arouse suspicion from the law. It was through this hustle that Skully met Jay Calamari. Jay, a seemingly hard-working mechanic but with ties to a Street Gang. Jay, at the time was a ‘Prospect’ for the Marabunta Grande.
Marabunta Grande, a group of certified gangsters that held territory in the Streets of Los Santos. Marabunta Grande also had cartel connections, the means to import serious arms to the city. Skully now had a new goal. With a feigned interest in money,guns and drugs and a rapidly growing book of customers, Skully asked to be introduced to Marabunta. Jay obliged. Skully was not ignorant, he knew that to become trusted by closed door groups such as these was no easy task, it was going to require months of graft, blood to be spilt and money coughed up to the bosses. Skully bought himself a Monte Carlo, easily afforded by his low-level arms dealing up to this point and began to join the Marabunta on rides through drug labs. After some time, Jay took Skully to Popular Street, the Marabunta HQ in Los Santos to meet Jimmy Caliber, the current ‘Underboss’. The meeting went well, and Skully became an official ‘hangaround’ with the Marabunta Grande. Skully held this position for some time but quickly began developing strong bonds with the more established members of the Gang. Skully’s networking skills and ability to get things done were quickly realized when he delivered two Pistol .50’s to Jimmy a mere 15 minutes after being welcomed to the Gang. From here Skully continued to grind for the Gang, pleasing the High Command with his work and earning a positive reputation amongst his fellows and becoming a Prospect.
With the Cartel back in town the Marabunta Grande began shifting huge amounts of merchandise, primarily to the Low-rep Gangsters. Street trade also saw a massive boom. Skully, with his already established network at this point, took full advantage also. Skully was selling anywhere up to 20 .50s on a daily basis earning him both money and substantial favor with the gang. It was also quickly realized that Skully was a very competent fighter, killing many in the name of the Gang. As a result, Skully was promoted to Enforcer and onto the rank of Righthand rapidly. As an Enforcer Skully began to really try and sharpen up Marabunta, ensuring Gang Members were behaving correctively and representing the Gang well.
Many years later, Skully had worked his way up to Underboss. He was battle scarred, wealthier
than he had ever been and had the upmost respect. For a man who initially cared little for the Gang as a whole, he had sure grown to love his brothers. He had seen all sorts of horrors and committed what many would consider atrocious acts for the good of the Gang.
Skully by this point had assumed that the gang life would be his future till the point of death. But one day he had discovered that some of his so-called brothers betrayed him and had stolen guns from his stash and also a huge amount of money that added up to 500k. After learning this he had decided that he needed to get out of the disloyal gang and that the future of his life would be getting revenge on Marabunta Grande. After going dark for around 2 years he had met an individual by the name of Shane Muga. Shane was apart of the FIB and had offered him a position at the organization because he would be a great asset as he knows how these gang goes about for a special squad that was specifically targeting Marabunta. Skully did not think twice of this offer and accepted as he had a strong hatred towards this gang and for the people that betrayed him. Bringing down Marabunta and cleaning up the streets of Los Santos was the future for Skully but he had not gotten rid of his old habits from back home and his beginning time in Los Santos. He was constantly supplying info,drugs and guns to the people that had stayed loyal to him from the beginning of his time in Los Santos. The future was bright but yet dark at the same time for Skully Ridout.
1 - Skully is able to torture/Interrogate/kill for information by using truth serum, even lawyers
2 - Skully can remove criminals from the wanted list or reduce sentence
3 - Skully will be able to work with criminals to be able to pay for information or evidence
