Hello,

I was banned for bug abuse when i do not remember doing anything. I was just playing normally when I was disconnected from the server and the next time i tried to connect a message appeared stating that I was banned for 9999 days for bug abuse. I never used any kind of bug abuse and to be more honest I am the kind of player that just cares for family and family business. Could I just know what kind of bug abuse I was banned for? And if I did use a bug abuse, I honestly say that I did not know about it. I follow server rules and you can check that most of my money came from grand coin and family business. I worked my way from zero and built a good reputation and those who know me in the server would tell that I am not that kind of player who would take advantage of bugs in the game. I kindly ask that this dicision be looked over again. And one more time, I honestly did not use any bug and if I did it was not by intention to do so and I am sorry about it.

I also buy grand coin to get more money and cars in the game, so why do I need to use bugs to get more money.

Anyways, if i really did anything am sorry, it was not my intention and as you can see I do not do these kind of things. I really wish to get my account back as I really worked hard to reach where I am today.
