I accidentally purchased an extra electric scooter, as they are untradable I wanted a refund for one of them. And he just responds in german saying he can not compensate. Is it really how to treat players/ paying players? I have spent 1000 usd on the game and they can not even revert 1 payment of 40 gc back to my Grand RP account? This doesnt seem fair and breaks the trust between player and the game
