I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere apologies for violating rule (GR 4.1) on the server. I was unaware of this rule at the time and now understand the importance of adhering to all the rules to maintain an enjoyable and safe gaming environment for everyone.
Having thoroughly reviewed all the server's rules and regulations, I assure you that I will not violate any rules again. I promise to be a respectful and law-abiding player.
I hope you can understand my position and give me a second chance by lifting the ban. Being able to play on the server during the summer vacation would have a significant positive impact on me.
