I was doing Ghetto Clap and suddenly these 2 guys cam and VDM me but did not step out of car instantly. However, they took the car into cover and tried to kill me but failed. Still they did a rule break and deserves to be punished

It was an accident that is the reason why i didn't kill him immediately so i took the car far behind and then after some time after when he got up and ready so i came there to kill him.
