I'm allowed to shoot someone near solar panels, why am I being punished for it? What is the reason for this?

You need to follow GR 6.15 and give ample demands to shoot as the person here has given no signs of a raid you cant just start shooting. If it were like you say I would place solar panels where ever I want to RDM people, this makes no sense and what you did is RDM as shown by you other fam member that gives demands before actually shooting.

Is it illegal to shoot someone standing in front of a solar panel as xx.00 on the hour approaches?
