Hello dear sir, why have you given me a 6.4? What is the reason? I haven't done anything that warrants a 6.4 from you. I was given permission by this admin, Hisham Bishop, to do the solar plantation. Otherwise, if they hadn't told me, I wouldn't have done it at all.They allowed me, so I did the plantation based on that. I followed what they told me.
