Dear admin,
The situation started when I was arrest by GOV. I wasn't sure that I can use illegal weapon weapons will having "corrupt bio", but it was cleared by another admin.
Till then it was good!! But GOV officer, did fail rp by not providing me a lawyer and putted me in jail directly. Then GOV officer was laughing or some eating popcorn, I mean it was a serious situation and they were litterly provocating me and doing fail rp by not being serious in that situation. In here, I am not targeting any player directly, but they targeted me and were being very rude!!

GOV does not need to read you miranda rights for the reason that we can simply not arrest you. As the script doesn’t give us a function to do so

The officer that is arresting you should be reading the rights as THIS IS written in IC law. All bios can have OOC and IC punishment that doesn’t make u exempt to just carry the items and be corrupt and get away with it easily. You should be planning ICly during inspection to escape so u don’t get searched if you get what i mean.

Even if miranda rights aren’t read u can ask for a lawyer who says u can’t? Especially if you are from NG and have past legal org experience you should know this

You claim you asked for a lawyer but there is no direct dialogue implying so, saying "You didn't read my Miranda Rights" doesn't mean 'I want a Lawyer'. Furthermore, failure to recite Miranda Rights is a violation of the Public Servants Code (§4.4.3 Major Violations of the Detention and Arrest Procedure) Failure to inform the detainee of their Miranda Rights and refusal to show state issued identification at the earliest request. Therefore can be solved ICly.

All for their constant involvement in provoking the situation, by dancing, screaming, etc.

ID 72641 (Thread Owner) will receive punishment for 6.17 General Rules. (Not recording Overlays).

Additionally,

Government will receive a Warning for this situation for Leader violating 6.4 General Rules, and for a totally mismanaged situation. That involved corruption, inability to deal with a singular arrest and co-operate with other organisations. This situation is not what Government should be portraying themselves as the leading organisation in the city, the org must demonstrate clear co-operation and professionalism, in which the Leader will also be talked to regarding this matter to ensure it never happens again.​
