Initially, you were open carrying, the officer tried and also told you to stop, you deliberately tried to escape. When you stopped. Driver had a gun in hand, officer had right to initiate with the taser to subdue. When your friend shot the officer he stopped the taser and the other officer followed through. No Fail RP is noticed.
