I issued a fine for a guy because he was parking in forbiden place so he started asking me why I Issued him a fine and I answered him, after that both of his freinds came with he even sending location so that's Meta gaming, after that his freind was provoking me so I cuffed him and I was going to arrest him until the other guy gave me UB demands and started oing RDM
