Rejected Incorrect punishment and warning by Dexter Broddy.

I posted a thread about a complaint of 3 players as you can see in the link. I only shot once and that bullet did not even hit anyone, but Dexter approved the thread and gave punishment to all of them. He also included in and said, "ID 397939 will receive a punishment for RDM". I only shot my gun once and it did not even hit anyone. Idk how this is called a RDM.
