I was Arresting A 10-15 his Id Is 51228 bcz of

P.C. 3.10

Attempted murder of a public servant

And His Friend Came to help him So first they told us to Pull over at video time line 1:57 And We didnt Pull Over As they need 4 people and 2 cars to pull over someone
I guess Its Fail Rp

and he OOC abused at Video Time line 2:04 and when we reached DOC his friends came to help Him
His Friend Killed both of us me and the 10-15 ID : 51870
Its a rule break Of GR : 6.13, 3.1 & 3.2

And his Friends ID : 51870 | 53498
