He is using discord in a RP situation where he is being chased. You can hear their discord voice at 1:06 and they are also talking in a foreign language probably metagaming.

Using VoIP programs such as Teamspeak, Skype, Discord and Ventrilo to communicate IC whilst in-game is strictly forbidden

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

• Insufficient Evidence. Cannot clearly see the ID for the timestamp you mentioned and also it is not clear if he was talking ingame or on discord.
• Also, we cannot ascertain MG as it is inconclusive here.
• Hence rejecting because of no clarity in the POV and cant make out if actually discord is being used.
