1. Having Hand tattoo is IC corruption not OOC.
2. In the starting on the POV he said "Please join LSPD mails, I can not hear you." So if you ask him for ID, he can not hear you.
3. He relogged to fix his sound and he was not in RP situation. It was a GZ where you were telling him to show ID and he left the server.
