I am known for my positive behavior and strong leadership. As the deputy of the previous term of SAHP, I maintained a complaint-free environment. There were no issues of toxicity or ego. I treated all my officers as equals, not as juniors. I believe in helping and supporting each member of the team. This approach created a respectful and cooperative atmosphere within the SAHP. My leadership style focuses on inclusivity and mutual respect, which has been key to our success and harmony. By valuing each officer's contribution and fostering a sense of equality, we achieved our goals together.
