Rejected Unjustified ban

I just started playing with this account. I happened to spawn for the very first time in the middle of The Purge, so I naturally died, and decided to chill in front of the hospital until 1 am.
Basically nothing happened. I took pics, because they are free, and played around a little. Some random guy gave me 20k but I didn't even asked for them.

So all I have is an inventory with a pair of heels and a t-shirt and the little money that random guy gave me.
Then all of a sudden, without a word, I get hit with a 60 day ban for cheats by some Aurelius guy. What exactly did I get a 60 day ban for?

If this happened with my other account I'd be done with this game. Interactions like this make you lose money.

Character ID is 409484. A guy was "changing skins", I thought it was a tattoo or something, either way he and his "cheat" were completely unrelated to me. Admin claims he saw me use cheats, that is false. Without proper verification hands a 60 day ban someone potentially starting a new account.
