Answer given in this here /threads/786325 they can shot as they gave you demands clearly and your not complying to them , Solar raid is an IC event so leos can arrest if they seen you open carrying or having illigal vest or failure to comply etc and miranda right is IC and tearing of your mask its up to them as he clearly told you before tearing or checking your passport so there is no rule break from ID 4413

However
ID 83175 will receive a punishment for GR6.17 ( For not recording all overlays )​
