Kenny Vis was born in the bottoms of Brooklyn. From the start Kenny and his family struggled. His dad was never around and when he was he always brought a parade of people waving guns and smoking meth. He learned quick the hardships of life and how to defend himself. Kenny doesn't really remember his mom as she died while he was 8, and his childhood is faded and repressed in his memory. His dad was arrested and sentence to life for a barrage of crimes that ranged from drug smuggler to murder. Kenny grew up alone and with friends before finding a new home in another state. Kenny found his footing in the deep crime syndicates gaining connections to the same cartels his dad known, Kenny went straight after a tragic event that left his old family and friends dead. Kenny went to the academy and gain his badge within the FIB and started his new life
Kenny entered the FIB under the leadership of Shane. Kenny gained respect for Shane and stayed in a generally good lane in his career, surpressing his criminal tendencies that are sewed into his DNA. Kenny quickly climbed the ranks within FIB going from ELTE SSA to Deputy Director in an impressive amount of time, although it took a lot of work and impressions to maintain a good standing withing FIB. Kenny reached a comfortable spot to allow his criminal tendencies to peek through and benefit Kenny and his close friends and family. Kenny has made friends in every circle that is inside Los Santos, and he had shut out his criminal circle when he entered the FIB. He can now allow those friends back inside comfortably and out of the prying eyes. Kenny still does the state justice, but will reap personal benefits when he sees fit. He treats FIB well enough to stay off the radar.
Outcomes:
1- Kenny can remove people from wanted list and reduce crimes or even let criminals go.
2- Kenny can torture, interrogate or even kill a subject to gain information, and may even use truth serum
3- Kenny is able to use any gun, illegal or not while off or on duty (will not use org weapons for personal use)
