I put it in .25 speed and counted 31 times that I shot him with the lmg, I do not think that any vest or any vest and adrenaline mixture can make you tank 31 rounds to the body / head and not die.

You can see the blood coming off his head with every shot you did.....Why was he shooting in the city at you when you was driving your car? he should of went after you not get out and shoot at you. But he went to straight shooting. You protected yourself in the city at least you did not Fear RP.
